Product Description
Carborundum is a kind of carbide of silicon whose molecular formula is sic. Silicon carbide is generated by quartz sand(sio2) and braize(c) through reduction reaction under the condition of high temperature. It is a typical chemical compound combined by covalent bond. Its theoretical density is 3.18kg/cm3. The Moth hardness is between 9.2 and 9.3. The microhardness is 3300kg/cm2.
The abrasive-grade carborundum produced in our corporation satisfies the requirements of natioal standard and FEPA,JIS .
The Micropowder-grade silicon carbide produced in our corporation is exported totally. Its performance index satisfies the requirements of national standard. We can also produce the products which can meet the requirements of Japanese, American and European standards and even special requirements .

Application
